Refund policy

If for some reason, you are unsure of the size or any manufacturing defect and you’d like to exchange them, follow these steps for style or size exchange or to avail a store credit.

In case of any material defects or quality issues with the footwear, you can return the footwear to us and we will replace the same earliest. However, please do note for the footwear to be accepted for return due to quality issues, we will require of same being intimated to our customer care within 48 hours of receipt.

ONLY EXCHANGE SIZE (STEP 1 and 2) is applicable on sale products.

For products purchased otherwise you can follow the below steps

STEP 1- NOTIFY US
Let us know the size / style of your choice on support@thesashstore.com within 48 hours of the product being delivered to you.

STEP 2 - SHIP THE PRODUCTS
Courier the package in original box packaging to - A202, Belle Vista, Sector 15, Belapur, Navi Mumbai 400614 Ph. - +91 8356999485. The cost and logistics for shipping the product back to us is to be borne by you.

STEP 3 – a) EXCHANGE SIZE
Once we receive your pair in the original box packaging and invoice, the return items received will be checked by the quality assurance team. Failing to meet any expectations, the product will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.  Credit Note will not be applicable in this case.
If the product passes the quality check, we will ship your exchanged size. Please mention your required size on the invoice and the notification email in STEP 1. Please make sure to share accurate sizes for your exchange. Your order can only be exchanged once.

b) EXCHANGE STYLE
Once we receive your pair in the original box packaging and invoice, the return items received will be checked by the quality assurance team. Failing to meet any expectations, the product will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.  Credit Note will not be applicable in this case.
If the product passes the quality check, we will ship your exchanged style. Please mention your required style on the invoice and the notification email in STEP 1. Your order can only be exchanged once. Please choose a style of the same or higher value than your previous order on the invoice. No refund will be provided if you choose a lower value product.
Allow us 3 working days to ship the exchanged style once we receive your order at our workshop.


You can exchange the style and size only once. No exchange in style or size will be entertained for the second time.

c) STORE CREDIT

In case you feel we’ve missed a spot, you can avail a store credit/gift card issued by us equivalent to the cost of the product that will be valid for 6 months. The steps are as follows-

Once we receive your pair in the original box packaging and invoice, the return items received will be checked by the quality assurance team. Failing to meet any expectations, the product will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.  Credit Note will not be applicable in this case.
If the product passes the quality check, we will issue a credit note/gift card equivalent to the cost of the product that is valid for 6 months. Please do not forget to mention this in the STEP 1 notify email.

•    How to use a SASH Credit Note/gift card: 
-    SASH Credit Note/gift card can be applied on our website at the checkout page.
-    On the checkout page, you have to apply the credit note code in the 'DISCOUNT CODE' section and click on 'APPLY'
-    The discount code will automatically be reflected and the amount will be deducted from the payable amount.
-    The validity of the credit note is 6 months.
-    Credit note does not include the shipping fee paid during placing the order.

•    CANCELLATION POLICY 
Any cancellations for PREPAID orders can be made within 24 hours of placing the order. These orders will be refunded.

•    Please note, we do not provide any monetary refunds except for the case where the footwear has been cancelled within 24 hours on placing the order.
•    We request you to coordinate with the third-party website (Myntra and Nykaa) or retail store for any return or exchange request of the products purchased from them.
•    In case of a missing/wrong/damaged product, we request you to get in touch with us at support@thesashtstore.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please mention the subject line as 'Missing/Wrong/Damaged Product' followed by your order number.
