Shipping policy
We at SASH know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition and on time. We use a large network of couriers to deliver your products as early as possible.
- Depending upon the pin code, the product is delivered within 7-9 working days after it is dispatched from our warehouse.
- While we use some of India's largest logistics companies for shipping, we are bound in coverage by their reach. In case your address is in a location not served by them, we will contact you to do our best to find an alternative solution to deliver your order.
- We charge a minimal fee of Rs 99/- on order below 2999 and provide free shipping on orders above Rs. 3000/-
- In case, any pre-paid order is lost in transit then the entire amount will be refunded.
- Currently, COD is not available
- In case you are not at the delivery address, three attempts will be made in order to deliver the product. Failing to receive or attend to the calls made will result in your order being returned back to our warehouse.
- International shipping is not available
Please Note - During festivals, adverse weather conditions or political crisis, your shipment could get further delayed. We ensure you that we will try our best to deliver your order in good time or else will be notified.
